Oh what a night! I told ‘ya Feb 6th would be INteresting!

Last night I cried. I laughed. I yelled. In the end, I collapsed and prayed.

The month of big feel contINues…

Yet when we learn to become resilient, we learn to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of the human experience – the good, the bad, and the ugly. Sufi poet Kahlil Gibran wrote ” out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars”.

The IN-TENSE February INergies continue to INvite us inward and to tap INto what is our own personal Truth; to listen to our sacred heart ; to have courage and be brave in that regard and follow our INtuition and heart song.
